iPhone & iPad

  1. Open myreputationpro.com/app in Safari.
  2. Open the browser’s Share menu, then choose Add to Home Screen.
  3. If shown, turn on Open as Web App, then tap Add.

Android

  1. Open myreputationpro.com/app in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install My Pro above when available, or open Chrome’s ⋮ menu.
  3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen and follow the prompts.

Computer

  1. Open this page in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Use the install button above, or the browser’s install icon in the address bar.
  3. Confirm installation to open the app in its own window.

Start with the account you already have.

Sign in with your existing account. The app shows only your connected platforms. A newly installed app may ask you to sign in again. Your existing profile, memberships and saved work are still there. No separate app membership is required.

An internet connection is needed to load your information, save changes, send requests and manage payments. If the connection drops, the app shows a reconnect screen; it does not save or send actions offline.

Browser menus vary. If installation isn’t offered, you can still use the full app in your browser.
