How does the Founder’s Special work?
Eligible new Personal Pro members can enroll by August 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern for $4.99/month for their first 12 subscription months, then $6.99/month. That saves $24.00 over the first 12 months compared with the regular monthly price. It renews monthly until cancelled. A previously used founder discount does not restart when you rejoin. Pro Plus has no introductory membership discount. Current availability and exact terms appear at checkout.
Is the review profile really free?
Yes. A basic personal profile and review collection are free. No payment card is required for the basic account. More profile features and payment links are optional paid upgrades; you can review current pricing before choosing them.
Who can leave me a review?
Customers, coworkers, supervisors and other people who know you can share honest feedback. Reviewers sign in with a free account and identify their relationship to you. Work reviews and personal recommendations are labeled separately.
What does “private link” mean?
It is your direct link to share with the people you choose. It is not a promise of secret or confidential feedback. Personal links and exact-name lookup show a small introduction; visitors create a free account to read the full profile and reviews. You control whether you also appear in searches for work.
Does my profile stay with me if I change jobs?
Your personal profile is tied to you, rather than to a particular employer. You can update your work details as your career changes and keep building your record. Account terms and inactivity rules still apply.
How do optional tips work?
Activate the payment-link add-on and add a supported destination such as Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. A customer can choose to thank you through that service.
