Start with a free account and add your name, a headline, and a short introduction. Choose the work you do, your specialties, and the areas you serve. Categories cover a wide range of professions, trades, and services. If a category does not fit, describe your work and review an AI assisted suggestion. Preview your profile and enable your link when you are ready to share it.
Honest feedback. Clear context.
Invite customers, coworkers, supervisors, friends, and family to describe their firsthand experience. Reviewers use their own free account and identify how they know you. Work reviews and personal recommendations are clearly labeled, and readers can filter by relationship. Feedback is checked before publication. Paid membership does not buy positive reviews or a better rating. Praise and constructive criticism follow the same review rules.
Recognition can start with a review.
You can also write feedback about someone who has not joined yet, even if you do not have their name available. Send them a private claim link so they can attach the feedback once to a new or existing profile. Your submission log keeps the process organized. My Testimonial Pro provides a companion place for testimonials, with separate platform choices and sharing controls.
Show what you contributed.
Paid plans turn your profile into a visual showcase. Add project titles, describe your personal contribution, and upload permitted work photos with captions. Keep projects private or choose to share them with signed in profile viewers. Your workday workspace helps you capture completed work, prepare an introduction before a job, and draft an honest review request afterward. Optional reminders appear inside the app when you return after your usual workday.
A plan for each stage.
Free gives you a short personal profile, review collection, and access to AI assistance. Pro adds longer descriptions, your logo, one profile image, and one featured project with up to three photos. Pro Plus expands your profile to three images and three projects with up to five photos each, and adds webpage layout choices. AI access depends on your plan. Check your account for your current allowance and available options. You stay in control of the wording you publish.
Use AI. Keep your voice.
AI assistance can help you draft or polish your headline, about section, and customer introduction. It can help explain a feature, explore a category, or prepare profile suggestions from your description of your work. The Prepare with AI helper offers guidance and editable templates. You review the results and decide what to use. Failed requests do not consume an assist. Your account shows your available allowance and reset time.
Ask for a tip, without asking.
Give a satisfied customer a comfortable way to say thank you. Optional tip links point to your own supported payment service, such as Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App. The add on costs one dollar and ninety nine cents a month for one service, plus ninety nine cents for each additional service. My Reputation Pro takes no percentage of tips; the payment provider's fees and terms may apply. Tip links are separate from membership, and tips never affect reviews or ratings.

Businesses can start with a free listing and separate business or employer reviews. Business Pro adds a fuller company presence and one linked personal profile. Business Pro Plus provides a larger showcase and up to three linked personal profiles. Additional linked profiles cost nine dollars and ninety nine cents each as a one time purchase. A person's profile and reviews remain their own. An assigned business slot cannot be reused for someone else after it is retired.
Be considered for relevant work.
When you want to be considered for relevant opportunities, opt into AI matching using your approved work categories, service areas, and work interests. Matching participation is included with Pro Plus. Pro members can add it for two dollars and ninety nine cents a month. It is not offered on Free. Contact details stay private, and customer search access and introductions are separate services. Matching does not guarantee work or verify someone's qualifications.
Make trust easier to assess.
Businesses can request separate paid reviews of licensing and insurance documents. A badge requires approved paperwork with a defined scope and expiration; paying does not approve the documents. Documents stay private. Premier Placements offers separately purchased sponsored visibility for eligible paid members with current approved licensing and insurance. Review your exact sponsored card and recurring price before secure checkout. Paid, eligible cards rotate on the homepage and Premier Placements page. Views, leads, and work are not guaranteed. Membership does not automatically purchase an advertisement or change the independence of reviews.
Let your reputation travel farther.
Share your profile by text, email, or your chosen messaging app. Paid plans can prepare eligible individual review posts for social media; you finish and send them in the selected app. Authors can choose whether eligible feedback is shared across participating network sites, including Agrarian Exchange. Moderation, consent, and profile visibility still apply. Qualifying professionals can also explore SWAT Network opportunities through a separate application. Network visibility is not a promise of work or an endorsement.
Invite others. Build together.
Free and paid members can invite others with a permanent referral link. Qualifying paid memberships can earn perks after the program's independent review. If tracking is missed, a membership number can help request confirmation under the referral terms. Business learning resources are also available. You control your profile visibility: a public link shows a short introduction, while expanded personal details, photos, projects, and reviews require a free viewer account.

At the time of this video, eligible Founder Pro subscriptions are four dollars and ninety nine cents a month for individuals, or nine dollars and ninety nine cents for businesses, for the first twelve months. They then renew at six dollars and ninety nine cents, or fourteen dollars and ninety nine cents.
