Pay each review fee once—there is no second fee to use its approved checkmark on the other platform. Your approval, paperwork record and expiration dates stay shared. Request separate checks of your business licensing and insurance paperwork. We hold the documents privately and show a checkmark only after an authorized reviewer approves current documents for the stated business and scope.

Business verification

$49 one-time licensing review.

An approved badge means we reviewed the licensing documents you supplied and have that paperwork on file for the stated work and jurisdiction. It is valid until document expiration or the annual review date, whichever comes first.

Insurance document check

$49 initial review · $19 update review after prior approval.

An approved checkmark means we reviewed current insurance paperwork and hold it on file. We track its expiration and can email reminders 30, 7 and 1 day beforehand. Upload renewed documents and approve the reduced review fee when ready.

Fees pay for review; payment alone never creates a checkmark. These checks do not guarantee work quality, prove identity, establish every license required for a job, or guarantee coverage for a particular loss. Badges show their reviewed scope and dates. No insurance renewal charge is automatic.
