PRIVACY & ACCESS GUIDE

Useful introductions.
Careful access.

What is visible

An enabled personal link exposes only a name and a generic introduction before sign-in. A registered free viewer can open the full profile and independently moderated reviews. Public lookup accepts exact full names, with small results and rate limits. There is no public trade, city or category roster.

The full profile and review APIs require both sign-in and a free viewer account. Anonymous visitors cannot bypass that access boundary.

What stays separate

Trade and territory selections support opted-in buyer discovery behind server-side entitlements. Private contact details are released only through an accepted introduction when the professional explicitly chooses to share them.

Operator-published profiles

My Reputation Pro may prepare individual professional listings from existing public business profiles. Creating a listing does not create a sign-in account for the individual, confirm identity or credentials, or enroll them in buyer discovery. Any later claim or ownership transfer requires a separate identity check.

Reviews and professional history

Professionals do not buy favorable reviews, approve their own praise or erase critical reviews. Reviewers can amend their own words and withdraw display consent; independent moderation handles disputes and preserves revision history. Changes in employment or professional affiliations do not remove My Reputation Pro review history.

Some review invitations use manually recorded service references. They are not independent transaction verification, and historical attribution does not imply current endorsement.

Viewer information and marketing

Viewer role, company, location and interests are self-supplied. Optional email and SMS preferences are separate from free account access and can be switched off in the account screen. No campaigns or SMS service are connected. A live program needs its own compliant terms, sender setup and unsubscribe handling before messages are sent.

Reducing harvesting

Exact-name lookup, signed-in profile viewing, narrow entitlements, pooled seat quotas, bounded pages and provider-controlled introductions reduce broad collection. No bulk exports, raw contact lists, public autocomplete or unrestricted database API are provided. These controls cannot prevent screenshots or copying information a viewer may legitimately see.

Current rate counters reset on UTC day/minute boundaries. Advanced device monitoring, automatic fraud judgments and CAPTCHA challenges are not implemented. If a legitimate use hits a limit, request an operator review rather than sharing accounts.

Search engines

Marketing and buyer-plan pages can be indexed when the Site is shared publicly. Personal profiles, name search, reviews, account pages and APIs use noindex controls. Noindex is a crawler instruction, not a security boundary; server authorization protects restricted records.

What is not active

No live billing, licensed-professional verification, transaction integration or blockchain anchoring is active. Selecting a trade does not establish legal authority to perform regulated work. Data from the earlier multi-industry preview remains preserved separately and is not broadcast through public category pages.

Account and sign-in information

My Reputation Pro uses account information to authenticate you, keep your saved work attached to your account, protect access to profiles, and prevent misuse. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@credibilityexchange.com.

When you choose an available sign-in method, we receive its account identifier and, where provided, your name and email address. Facebook Login requests public profile and email permissions. We use the Facebook account identifier and name; email is optional. We do not request Facebook friends, posts or location for sign-in, and we do not store your Facebook profile picture. Google sign-in uses your account identifier, name and verified email. Email sign-in verifies control of your address using a one-time code.

Provider access tokens are used on the server to verify the sign-in and are not saved in our account database. We do not sell sign-in data or use it to build advertising audiences. Providers process information under their own policies: Meta, Google.

Cookies, service providers and retention

Essential cookies maintain your sign-in and protect authentication requests. New email, Google and Facebook sessions last up to seven days unless you sign out earlier. Verification attempts expire after ten minutes. Expired authentication records are removed in bounded batches during later sign-in attempts. Signing out invalidates the current My Reputation Pro session; it does not revoke your provider permissions or automatically sign you out of Facebook or Google.

The hosting and database services process information needed to run this site. When email verification is enabled, its delivery service receives your email address and verification message. Facebook’s SDK is loaded only when Facebook sign-in is configured and you visit its sign-in surface. We disable automatic app-event logging and do not add Facebook advertising analytics.

Account, profile and review information remains stored while it is needed for your account and the site’s review and dispute processes. Review revisions and moderation history are preserved separately from display consent. You can request access, correction or deletion using the instructions below. We will identify any information that cannot be removed and explain the reason when responding to a verified request.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can edit your viewer preferences and professional profile in My account, turn off optional marketing preferences, and withdraw display consent for your reviews. Connecting another sign-in method requires signing into your existing account and explicitly linking it; matching email addresses alone never merge accounts.

Request deletion of your account or Facebook sign-in data. Removing an app in Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings stops its Facebook access but does not by itself erase information already stored by My Reputation Pro. This notice was updated October 4, 2026.

Community categories and AI drafts

Category names, descriptions and profile questions you confirm are public and available to other members. Adding a category does not expose your profile or private account details. Category records are stored in the application database.

Optional AI category drafting sends the category description you enter to OpenAI, directly or through Vercel AI Gateway. Avoid names, client details and confidential information. AI drafts may be inaccurate; you must review them before publication. We record the draft, model and usage for operation and abuse prevention. Manual category creation is available without AI.
