Request data deletion
To request deletion of your My Reputation Pro account or data associated with Facebook, Google or email sign-in, email support@credibilityexchange.com with the subject “My Reputation Pro data deletion.”
- Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only a linked sign-in method removed.
- Include your account reference from My account, if available, and the email address or sign-in method you used. If you cannot sign in, describe that in your request.
- We will verify that you control the account before changing or deleting information. Never send a password, access token or verification code.
What happens next
The site operator reviews the request, verifies ownership, and confirms what was deleted or explains any information retained for a specific review, dispute, security or legal reason. Profile listings sourced from another business may require a separate correction or removal review. A request to delete sign-in data is not a way to remove someone else’s independent review.
Disconnect Facebook
You may also remove this app in Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites. Look for the CredibilityExchange app. Disconnecting it ends Facebook access; contact us using the steps above to request deletion of data already held by My Reputation Pro.
Removing your only sign-in method can prevent further account access. Link another method first if you want to keep using your account.
