1. Operator and scope

SWAT Network LLC operates the SWAT Network shared app and parent platform services. SWAT Network LLC is owned by SWAT Brand Holdings LLC. SWAT Team of Michigan LLC is the founding franchise of SWAT Network; a franchise or other service provider may be a separate party to your service agreement.

These terms apply to the shared app and the connected services offered through SWAT Network, Agrarian Exchange, iCreate Masterminds, My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro. A feature described here applies only where it is available. These terms do not represent that every site already offers the same sign-in methods or features.

By creating an account or using a service after these terms are presented, you agree to the terms applicable to that service. An order, provider agreement, membership offer or circle subscription may include additional terms. Its specific price, scope, renewal and cancellation provisions control that transaction; mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

2. Eligibility, accounts and access

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly about unauthorized account access.

Facebook, Google or another sign-in provider verifies an identity; it does not verify professional credentials, confer administrator access or automatically enroll you in a paid service. Use a previously linked sign-in method to access an existing account. Linking accounts or additional methods requires verification.

A shared sign-in connection does not automatically merge profiles, transfer balances, join circles, grant access to private rooms or authorize cross-site promotion. Complete the relevant onboarding and select the sharing and membership options you want.

3. Services, providers and transactions

Service listings, professional introductions, trade listings and collaboration spaces help participants connect. Read the listing and the agreement to identify who is supplying the service or goods. SWAT Network or a franchise may be the named supplier for some orders; independent providers may supply others.

Agrarian Exchange is an open platform. SWAT Network may be prominently featured alongside independent providers. A featured position, review, invitation or category selection is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, safety, suitability, income or results. Any verification label must be read according to what it specifically states was checked.

Providers must accurately describe qualifications, licenses, insurance, services and availability and maintain authorizations required for their work. Buyers and providers should agree to scope, price, location, timing, safety requirements and remedies before a transaction. Participants remain responsible for lawful goods and services, taxes and any required permits.

Trade Credits, where offered, are bookkeeping units for member barter. They are not money, a deposit, an investment or a promise of cash redemption. The exchange rules displayed for the transaction govern their use. Keep records of barter and consult applicable tax guidance.

4. Bookings and recurring service

A request, nearby-provider ping or expression of recurring interest does not by itself reserve future visits or authorize additional charges. A recurring reservation requires agreement to its schedule, scope, price and cancellation terms.

Reserved-time charges, notice periods or other scheduling restrictions apply only when clearly disclosed and accepted for that booking. These general terms do not create a seven-day cancellation obligation or a recurring charge on their own. Report scheduling and service disputes through the service-specific support process.

5. Fees, subscriptions and payments

Free, paid and optional services are identified in their offers. Review the amount, billing frequency, platform share or commission, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation procedure before payment. No subscription or paid circle is created merely by selecting a trade or signing in.

Payment processors handle payments under their own applicable terms. Membership payment terms, prepaid offers and payment-link add-ons for My Reputation Pro are published separately. A service provider’s charges and refund obligations are governed by the accepted order and applicable law.

Cancel future recurring billing using the method supplied for the purchase. The purchase-specific policy governs remaining access and refunds, subject to mandatory rights. You remain responsible for authorized charges already incurred. We do not guarantee earnings, leads, work or particular business outcomes.

6. Circles, documents and meetings

A circle or breakout room can have its own membership rules, access controls and clearly disclosed fees. Access to a parent circle does not automatically grant access to a restricted room or its documents. Leaders must respect the sharing choices and licenses attached to uploaded material.

Do not record, transcribe or redistribute private meetings without the required notice and permission. A meeting archive, document-sharing permission or paid-room entitlement must be clearly identified before participation. Circle leaders may moderate or restrict membership within applicable rules, but cannot override participants’ legal rights or the platform’s privacy controls.

Upload only content you are permitted to use and share. Do not upload private client information, access codes, medical records or other sensitive material into general collaboration spaces.

7. Reviews, testimonials and community standards

Reviews and testimonials must reflect the author’s actual experience. Disclose material relationships or incentives. Do not buy a required positive rating, invent an experience, impersonate a reviewer, use AI to fabricate feedback or misrepresent which reviews are being displayed.

Honest positive and critical opinions are allowed. These terms do not prohibit lawful reviews or transfer ownership of your review to us. Reports and moderation address violations, authenticity and disputes; they are not a mechanism to suppress criticism solely because it is negative.

My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro require a saved author profile and screen proposed feedback text for factual personal allegations. AI rates allegation severity, not truth or legal guilt. Factual personal allegations or dishonesty allegations rated 6 or higher remain private drafts until hosted driver’s-license and matching-selfie verification and a responsibility acknowledgement are complete. Ordinary negative opinions and low ratings alone do not trigger this requirement. Unavailable checks fail closed; prohibited content needs independent review and cannot be authorized by ID. Authors may appeal a flag. The detailed /review-terms and /privacy notices govern these features.

Unlawful false factual statements may result in civil liability. Criminal consequences arise only from conduct independently prohibited by applicable criminal law, such as threats, fraud or unlawful identity use. These terms do not penalize truthful consumer criticism or waive mandatory legal rights.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, publish another person’s private information, conduct scams, infringe intellectual property, scrape restricted data, distribute malicious software or bypass access controls. Public cross-promotion must follow the author’s and profile owner’s applicable choices.

8. Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of your original content. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary to store, process, display and deliver it according to the feature you use and the visibility settings you choose. Private uploads are not automatically licensed for public marketing.

Your permissions must cover images, documents and other material you upload. Other users receive only the access or sharing rights the feature and content owner authorize. The platform software, branding and other proprietary materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Send copyright or content complaints to the contact below with the specific page, the material at issue, your basis for the request and a way to contact you. Do not submit passwords or sensitive identification documents unless a secure verification process specifically requires them.

9. AI assistance and third-party services

AI tools can help draft, summarize or organize information where available. Output can be inaccurate and does not verify identity, professional qualifications, facts or legal requirements. Review suggestions before using or publishing them. AI does not replace professional legal, medical, tax or other regulated advice.

Third-party sign-in, payments, video, maps, storage and other integrations operate under their providers’ policies. The privacy notice identifies the relevant processing. Only information needed for the requested integration should be shared; using one feature does not authorize unrelated disclosure.

10. Availability, suspension and closure

We may update features, impose reasonable usage limits or interrupt service for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We may restrict accounts or content for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a contact for review.

You may request account closure or deletion through the data-deletion instructions. Closing an account does not automatically cancel every independent provider agreement or erase records that must be retained for legitimate legal, payment, dispute or security reasons. We will explain relevant retained information when responding to a verified request.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service or a particular outcome. We do not guarantee that another participant will perform, that a listing is accurate or that an integration will remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from platform use, such as lost anticipated profits. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable consumer protections, or override express commitments in your accepted service agreement.

Contact us first with a dispute so we can review the circumstances. Michigan law applies to these shared-app terms to the extent permitted by applicable conflict-of-law and mandatory consumer rules. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a waiver of the right to publish an honest review.

12. Changes and contact

We identify the revision date on these pages. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate site notice or account channel before they apply where required. Changes to paid agreements or privacy choices will follow the applicable agreement and law.
