1. Who is responsible and what this notice covers

SWAT Network LLC is the parent platform operator and is owned by SWAT Brand Holdings LLC. SWAT Team of Michigan LLC is the founding franchise of SWAT Network. This notice covers the SWAT Network shared app and connected processing for the five websites listed on this page. A franchise, independent provider or third-party service may separately handle information for its own transaction or service.

This notice supplements each site’s feature-specific privacy information. The detailed My Reputation Pro privacy and access guide remains available at /privacy. Features described here apply where available; shared branding does not mean every website already has the same authentication system, database or permissions.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the service you use, information can include your name, email, phone, account identifiers, profile text, current trade, categories, specialties, future trade interests, service areas, credentials, applications, listings, booking details, messages, reviews, testimonials, documents and support requests.

We receive what you submit to the relevant feature. Future trade interests and private contact information are not automatically made public merely because you choose a category. Visibility and access choices for the particular profile, circle or room govern display.

3. Facebook, Google and other sign-in methods

Where Facebook Login is offered, we request public profile and email permissions to identify and authenticate your account. Facebook can supply an app-scoped identifier, name and optional email. An available Google connection can provide an identifier, name and verified email. An email sign-in method requires delivery and verification of a one-time code when it is configured.

For the current My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro connection, Facebook email is optional, Facebook profile pictures are not stored, and friends, posts and location permissions are not requested for sign-in. Provider tokens are used to verify identity on the server and are not saved in the account database. Automatic Facebook app-event logging is disabled in that implementation.

A provider sign-in does not by itself merge existing accounts, make you an administrator or authorize disclosure across all sites. Different account systems may require a separate verified connection. Providers also process information under their own privacy policies.

4. Technical information and cookies

Hosting, authentication and security services process technical information such as request times, IP addresses, browser information and error or security events as needed to deliver and protect the service. Essential cookies or comparable session storage maintain sign-in and protect requests.

The current My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro shared authentication uses secure, HTTP-only session cookies and one-time cross-site connection codes. Other sites may use a different session implementation. See the cookie notice for details and choices. Enabling a sign-in provider does not authorize us to create an advertising audience from your sign-in information.

5. How information is used

We use relevant information to create and protect accounts, retain your saved work, provide the feature you request, administer access and bookings, display content you authorize, handle payments and disputes, respond to support and prevent misuse.

Optional marketing choices remain separate from account access. A promotional message program must identify its sender, applicable consent and unsubscribe method. Signing in or submitting a privacy request is not a marketing opt-in.

6. Sharing across the network

My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro share an account and profile backend while maintaining platform enrollment and display choices. Trade, service, collaboration and feedback services can link to each other, but private data is not automatically broadcast to every connected category, circle or website.

Only information appropriate to the requested connection and its permissions should be shared. Public profile links, public testimonials or feedback explicitly approved for network display may be shown to the relevant audience. Requests for service can disclose necessary details to the provider or manager assigned to that request. A parent-circle membership does not automatically open restricted breakout-room documents.

An invitation to SWAT Network or a featured-provider position does not create a new membership or authorize additional disclosure on its own. You must complete any required onboarding and sharing choices.

7. Service providers, payments and AI

Hosting, databases, email delivery, payments, customer relationship tools and integrations process the information needed for their respective functions. Payment processors handle card details; the platforms may retain payment references, amounts, subscription status and transaction records rather than full card numbers.

When you request AI help, the selected input and relevant context are sent to the indicated AI provider or gateway. Current My Reputation Pro AI features use OpenAI directly or through Vercel AI Gateway. Do not submit confidential client information to a general AI-writing tool. AI assistance does not authorize automatic publication or unrelated access to your private records.

Some connected iCreate Masterminds application flows send application and contact-consent information to the operator’s customer relationship system. Its site-specific application notice explains that flow. No generic statement here expands the scope of the choice you made.

Feedback screening and private identity verification

For My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro, proposed feedback words are processed by OpenAI for preliminary content triage. Private drafts, screening results, consent and review history are retained for the author and authorized independent appeal reviewers. Screening is not a finding that a statement is false or defamatory.

When enabled, Stripe Identity handles driver’s-license and matching-selfie collection and biometric comparison under its own notice and security controls. Our application stores only an account-linked provider-session reference, status and consent/verification dates, not license images, license numbers, addresses, birth dates or selfies. Identity images are not sent to AI screening or shown publicly. Appropriately authorized provider-account personnel may access provider records. The private feedback workspace supports provider redaction requests; deletion may take several days and disables further flagged submission until re-verification. Do not send identity documents through ordinary uploads or support email.

8. Public content, recording and credentials

Publicly displayed content can be copied or shared by its viewers. Access controls reduce unintended access but cannot prevent a permitted viewer from taking a screenshot. Consider the visibility setting before submitting documents, reviews or personal information.

Meeting recording, transcription and archive access require feature-specific notice and permissions. Joining a general circle does not itself authorize public release of private meetings or room documents.

A credential or completion badge does not by itself establish that personal information has been written to a blockchain. A blockchain feature must separately identify any proposed public, permanent information before it is submitted. This shared-app notice does not authorize uploading identity documents or private account data to a blockchain.

9. Retention and security

Information is retained while needed for the account, requested service and legitimate payment, moderation, dispute, security or legal purposes. Retention varies by record and service. We remove or de-identify information that no longer needs to be kept, subject to applicable requirements and the technical process for the relevant system.

Current My Reputation Pro provider sessions last up to seven days; sign-in verification flows last ten minutes. Expired authentication records are cleaned up in bounded batches during later sign-in attempts. Other sites may have different session periods.

We use access controls and operational protections appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access; never send passwords, access tokens or verification codes in a support request.

10. Your rights and choices

You can use available settings to correct your profile, adjust visibility, change marketing preferences and manage linked sign-in methods. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information or a limitation or objection to certain processing. We will review requests according to the law and the relevant service.

Send requests to allencastle@gmail.com and identify the website or websites involved. We verify account control before releasing or deleting private information. You can request removal of Facebook sign-in data without asking us to delete every unrelated profile. We will explain information retained for a specific applicable reason and how to raise a concern about our response.

Shared sign-in data is not sold or used to build advertising audiences in the current My Reputation Pro and My Testimonial Pro implementation. Optional public network promotion follows the relevant profile and author choices. Where a specific privacy right applies, you may exercise it without surrendering unrelated account access.

11. Children, international processing and changes

The connected business and professional services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

The operator is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in other locations under their applicable agreements and legal requirements. This notice does not claim a particular certification or transfer mechanism that has not been established.

We display the revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to SWAT Network LLC at allencastle@gmail.com.
